Terms

Our payment terms are 30 days net. Payment may be in the form of a check or money order denominated in US dollars, or by wire transfer (please contact us for details.) Alternatively, payment can be made via one of the payment services listed on our Purchase page.

Please note: We sell our products online using a registration keying system. You will not receive a disk, book, etc. Instead, the End User must download our products from our Download page. (The End User probably has already done this prior to placing the order.) When we receive your Purchase Order, we will simply e-mail a Registration Key back to you along with the invoice. The Registration Key consists of a Registration Name and a matching Registration Key Code. The End User enters this information to unlock the features of the products which have been purchased.

Please be sure to include the following information with your purchase order:

• The End User Name(s). We use this to as the End User's Registration Name, and generate a matching Registration Key Code.  Please clearly identify the End User as such, e.g. "End User: John Smith".
• The e-mail address of the End User. We use this to expedite receipt of the Registration by the End User. We will e-mail the Registration Key Number directly to the end user. (Note: we will not disclose this address to third parties.) If you omit this address, the Registration Key information will be supplied with the Invoice.
• If you can accept an invoice via e-mail, please provide an e-mail address of your Accounts Payable department. Otherwise we will send you an invoice via postal mail at the address indicated on your Purchase Order.
