Product Pricing

The cost of Registering Iowegian products using a Purchase Order is summarized below:

PLEASE NOTE: In addition to the above, we charge a fixed fee of US $50 for processing each Purchase Order.  We can provide a formal quotation via email on request.

Terms

Our payment terms are the stanadard 30 days net.  If we do not receive your payment within 30 days of the invoice date, a late payment fee of $50 will be due for the first 30 days late and for each additional 30 days.

Payment may be in the form of a check or money order denominated in US dollars, or by wire transfer. (Please contact us for details.) Alternatively, payment can be made via one of the payment services listed on our Purchase page.

Product Delivery

We sell our products online using a registration keying system. You will not receive a disk, book, etc. Instead, the End User must download our products from our Download page. (The End User probably has already done this prior to placing the order.) When we receive your Purchase Order, we will simply e-mail a Registration Key back to you along with the invoice. The Registration Key consists of a Registration Name and a matching Registration Key Code. The End User enters this information to unlock the features of the products which have been purchased.

Please be sure to include the following information with your purchase order:

• The End User Name(s). We use this to as the End User's Registration Name, and generate a matching Registration Key Code.  Please clearly identify the End User as such, e.g. "End User: John Smith".
• The e-mail address of the End User. We use this to expedite receipt of the Registration by the End User. We will e-mail the Registration Key Number directly to the end user. (Note: we will not disclose this address to third parties.) If you omit this address, the Registration Key information will be supplied with the Invoice.
• If you can accept an invoice via e-mail, please provide an e-mail address of your Accounts Payable department. Otherwise we will send you an invoice via postal mail at the address indicated on your Purchase Order.
