File menu commands

The File menu provides the following commands:

New Project	Creates a new project.
Open Project	Opens an existing project.
Close Project	Closes an open project.
Save Project	Saves an opened project using the same file name.
Save Project As	Saves an opened project to a specified file name.
Import Coefficients	Imports (reads) FIR coefficients from a data file.
Export Coefficients	Exports (writes) FIR coefficients to a data file.
Print	Prints a window.
Print Preview	Displays the window on the screen as it would appear printed.
Print Setup	Selects a printer and printer connection.
Exit	Exits ScopeFIR.
