The full licensing terms for each program can be found in the file "LICENSE.TXT" included in the distribution files below.

Installation Note: For best results, we highly recommend you install ScopeFIR on a local drive rather than a network or mapped drive. The reason is that ScopeFIR's help system is in Microsoft's "HTMLHelp" format, and Microsoft's operating systems won't open help files in Microsoft's preferred help format if they aren't located on a local drive. (Go figure...)
